Successful project solutions
made in Allgäu.
Welcome to the Stoll Group. As an owner-managed family business, we have been implementing projects worldwide in the automotive, data center, energy, food & beverage and building & facility management sectors for the past 60 years. Our prestigious and long-standing customers from all over the world rely on our customized project solutions "made in the Allgäu".
This is what makes us STOLLz
We are clever problem solvers in complex times. We create future-oriented solutions through a combination of engineering spirit and craftsmanship, collaboration between different experts, stable processes, and flexible adaptation to change. Moreover, we have already been able to solve many problems in the past and are courageous to break new ground.
We recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage, set the right course for the future, and are willing to learn and open to new ideas. The joy of change and evolution is what distinguishes us. This also includes learning from mistakes, feedback, and constructive debate.
We acknowledge commitment and performance. Our interactions with each other are appreciative, at eye level, and without reservations. We believe that smart results come from a successful interdisciplinary collaboration. We want to win and our sense of community makes us collectively (more) successful.
We have been cultivating successful, long-term partnerships for over 60 years. As a family business, we offer employees a safety net and a working environment in which we rely on each other and build on our competencies. We are defined by a focused view of the future, a positive view of people, and optimism based on the successes of the past. We draw strength and energy from our work.

WELL-BEING PROVIDES ENERGY
The foundation of our company, which is shaped by family values, is constituted by systemic and therefore holistic thinking. The balance between the interests of the company and those of the employees is important to us. If the company is doing well, the employees are doing well - and vice versa. And to guarantee this, our concern for the well-being of our employees is based on six decisive factors:
We create sophisticated solutions in the fields of mobility, energy transition, data security, food supply, living and working space, and secure basic human needs through our contribution. We are constantly helping people grow and developing systems, thereby leading to interdisciplinary cooperation in our projects for effectiveness and success.
As a company, it is important to us to foster a corporate culture in which every employee knows that his or her activities make a valuable contribution to the community and are appreciated. Employees see themselves as an active part of the community with something to offer. At Stoll, diversity is not just a fashionable notion. Our team members enjoy a supportive work environment built upon a foundation of positivity and trust in one another. Embracing these core values enables us to build a collaborative and supportive workplace community.
We believe in creating an environment where employees feel personally invested in their work and have the opportunity to shape its direction. We facilitate ongoing employee development through annual appraisals and maintain open channels of communication for regular, personalized feedback
We foster a performance-driven culture by providing employees with high-quality resources and supporting their ongoing development.
The Stoll Group is aware that work must be rewarding. Transparent, performance-oriented, and fair remuneration is important to us. Our salaries are rounded off by special payments and various benefits.
The Stoll Group invests regularly but prudently to stabilize the company and thus offer secure jobs.
We recognize that mental well-being is a key component of both individual and organizational success. We support our employees as part of our "Employee Assistance Program". For example, our employees have the opportunity to benefit from internal coaching sessions. Being a family of entrepreneurs, we can empathize with the challenges of balancing professional and personal responsibilities For this reason, we also take care of private matters if necessary, refer people to external advice centers, and provide support in finding solutions.
We want to raise awareness of mental health at various levels.
Even though well-being is often associated with our mental perception, a healthy mind can only live in a healthy body. For this reason, occupational safety is more than important to us. We also support our employees with internal company offers and subsidize the Wellpass, for example.
